Iians quote was very competitive and we were very happy that we chose him for the removal of a supporting wall between our kitchen diner and lounge. Ian and his team were excellent from start to finish. Initially, we asked Ian to render the outside of our property. However, Ian spotted a number of issues that needed to be urgently addressed. Ian was able to complete some.of the work himself aswell as identifying and organising specialist tradesmen to complete the repairs and improvements. Ian has plastered, rendered, organised kitchen and bathroom fitters and carpenters. He has overseen their work and ensured that all completed tasks to a high standard and in the agreed time period.I cannot recommend Ian highly enough. His work is exemplary and added to this he is friendly, personable and an excellent communicator. He always quotes accurately and is happy to talk through the jobs, how he will approach them and why they are important.

Ian come to help us with our kitchen renovation, completing taking the room back to brick, boarding and plastering. His work was impeccable and meticulous, he was extremely professional and we were very impressed.

They were professional, extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Ian explained all works and always made sure I was happy and informed throughout the build. Work was completed on time as planned. Ian went the extra mile to make sure every tiny detail was perfect. I can’t thank Ian and his team enough for all their hard work.

The last job was only a small plastering job which I thought he might not have been interested in looking at but he came and completed it for me in such short notice. Thanks again for that one!!I’ve recommended him to several friends and family members who went on to have work completed to an exceptionally high by himself and his team.Not all builders are the same!! He’s gone above and beyond for what he’s done for us.
