Ian and his team were excellent from start to finish. Initially, we asked Ian to render the outside of our property. However, Ian spotted a number of issues that needed to be urgently addressed. Ian was able to complete some.of the work himself aswell as identifying and organising specialist tradesmen to complete the repairs and improvements. Ian has plastered, rendered, organised kitchen and bathroom fitters and carpenters. He has overseen their work and ensured that all completed tasks to a high standard and in the agreed time period.I cannot recommend Ian highly enough. His work is exemplary and added to this he is friendly, personable and an excellent communicator. He always quotes accurately and is happy to talk through the jobs, how he will approach them and why they are important.
